For products that are in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing.
FOB Whittier, CA however, there is a $1.50 USD handling fee per order, no matter how big your order is.
For Customers ordering Internationally, ie: From Canada, the American Northern province of the States, Shipping Prices will be Converted to the Currency of the Country Item in being shipped to.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special made.
Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Cable Science Inc. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

Optional Voluntary Information
We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:
1. Electronic newsletters policy (Dispatches)
We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Cable Science Inc. gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.
2. "E-mail this to a friend" policy
Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
3. Polling
We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. Cable Science Inc. may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.
5. Surveys
Cable Science Inc. may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
1. Returns must be shipped via the courier and/or account provided by CABLEscience Inc.
2. CABLEscience Inc. requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Products not authorized by CABLEscience Inc., for return, shall be sent back to you at your expense. CABLEscience Inc. will not be liable for any loss of, or damage to, unauthorized return items.
3. CABLEscience Inc. will repair and/or replace incorrect products, and will ship all products free via a courier of CABLEscience Inc.'s choice.
4. CABLEscience Inc. will repair and/or replace damaged products, and will ship all products free via a courier of CABLEscience Inc.'s choice.
5. CABLEscience Inc. will ship, via any express courier service, the purchaser may request. When the purchaser requests a courier other than CABLEscience Inc.'s courier of choice, the purchaser will bear risk of damages, loss of product, and freight expenses for such shipments.
6. The risk of loss in a shipment contract passes to the purchaser, when the goods are delivered by any carrier. Hence, if the goods are lost, stolen, or destroyed in transit, the buyer bears the risk of loss.
In such a scenario, replacement of item, will have to be authorized by CABLEscience Inc.
Return Procedure
1. Before calling or submitting a request to CABLEscience Inc. for an RMA number, please make sure that an authorized licensed installation professional, has correctly followed the installation instructions, or procedures, specification drawing callout and operationg procedures, for the products that are located, in the user's guide, if available.
2. You may contact CABLEscience Inc., through email or phone call, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) department and request an RMA Request via email to

3. On the RMA Request Email, make sure you have the following information:
4. A copy of original sales invoice must be accompanied with the RMA Request E-mail.
5. RMA number will be issued within 24-48 hours after all proper documents have been received. (CABLEscience Inc. may refuse to issue an RMA number in the event of failure to provide the above information mentioned in item (3) and (4).)
6. All returns must be complete (including accessories, cables, and connectors that were included with the original shipment.)
7. RMA number should be clearly written on the shipping box or container and/or the label placed on the shipping box or container.
8. All unlabeled, mismarked or illegibly marked products will be refused or returned "AS IS" by the purchaser's courier of choice, at the purchaser's expense.
9. Please be assured that the products sent to CABLEscience Inc. are the same products for which the number was issued and sent from CABLEscience Inc..
If the products do not match the products under the assigned Purchase Order, that has been given the RMA number, CABLEscience Inc. will return all products by the purchaser's courier of choice, at the purchaser's expense.
10. CABLEscience Inc. will not accept any returns accepted without an RMA number, Purchase Order Number, or undocumented Invoice Number, absolutely no exceptions.
Time Frame for Returns
1. CABLEscience Inc. requires Fifteen (15) Business days, after proof of purchase and receipt, whether it was bought online or in-person.
2. In the case of international deliveries, that would require longer delivery and shipping lengths, a pre-authorized written agreement would be required, and shall be sent to the purchaser, by CABLEscience Inc., explaining an agreed upon amended return date.
To make a return:
Items must be unopened/unused/unworn
Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear, unless product is damaged or incorrect at the fault of CABLEscience Inc.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s).
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of [$X].

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are coiled or bulk cables with custom lenghts or CSM cables. Cable must be an inventory stock item to return it back.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or cable. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay both ways shipping.
